Total - Argedis
TOTAL - Argedis is the retail section of the TOTAL Group which manages motorway shops. The main reason most consumers stop at a petrol station is to go to the toilet, then to buy fuel. TOTAL wanted to attract customers into these shops. Based on marketing research among consumers, new store concepts have been validated and developed.
Challenges:

Designing store concept and layout enhancements

Optimising planogram organisation

Ensuring collaboration between design agencies, manufacturers, TOTAL and Argedis

Recommending the preferred solution for a European motorway petrol station standard
Actions:

Modelled a motorway shop on real-time experience and collaboration

Mapped the 3D universe with high texture quality to improve the sense of realism

Validated the concept with customers in full immersion in the vitual shop

Supported qualitative market research (in focus group)
